🌲 Cedarwood
Deeply grounding, Cedarwood offers stability and emotional security. It’s perfect for creating a quiet atmosphere and calming anxious thoughts.

💜 Lavender
A go-to oil for calming the mind and relaxing the body. Lavender helps reduce stress, ease tension, and promote rest and reflection.

🍃 Peppermint (optional)

This blend is a favorite in our house, especially because we have a sweet friend at church who is highly allergic to cinnamon. I created this mix with her in mind, and it’s become our go-to scent from after Thanksgiving through New Year’s.

What’s in the Candy Cane Blend?

This recipe skips cinnamon entirely while still capturing all the cozy charm of the season:

  • 🌿 4 drops Peppermint – Crisp, cool, and energizing—this oil sets the base for that iconic candy cane scent.
  • 🍊 2 drops Orange – Sweet and joyful, it softens the peppermint and adds a touch of holiday sunshine.
  • 🌼 3 drops Bergamot – A gentle citrus oil that adds warmth, depth, and a slightly sweet finish.

Add the blend to a 2 oz. spray bottle with distilled water and a splash of witch hazel. Mist it around the tree, living room, or entryway.

  • 🍊 3 drops Orange
  • 🥜 2 drops Cassia (or substitute with Cinnamon)
  • 🧄 1 drop Clove
