You can thank me later AFTER you try making this simple shredded chicken recipe. My family loves this recipe. I LOVE this recipe. You know the purpose of my blog is to bring you things that make your life simpler. Well, this is one of those recipes.
This Easy Shredded Chicken recipe can be made using a crockpot or an instant pot. On the days when I actually think to put this on early, I will use my crockpot. I simply throw it all in and leave it until I get home that evening. I pull it out, shred it, and then we eat it with the sides of our choice. How about adding my recipe, Your Choice Buns or Rolls, as a side? Who doesn’t love bread with a meal?
But there are times when I forget to lay it all out, so I just throw it in the instant pot, and it’s done in less than an hour.
However, there are other options! How about shredded chicken tacos? For those of you who are low-carb, you can simply use some low-carb tortillas.
Or how about Shredded Chicken BBQ Nachos? Once again, for all of my low-carb friends, you can use a sugar-free BBQ sauce. My favorite affordable sauce is by G. Hughes and can be found at your local Walmart. For your nachos, simply take a low-carb tortilla, cut it like a pizza, and either air fry them or place them in the oven at 350 degrees. Just keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn.
I could go on and on! Chicken Taquitos, Buffalo Chicken Pizza on my Quick Pizza Dough (or on a low-carb tortilla), the possibilities are endless. I am sure I will be posting more recipes on here that will include this simple shredded chicken!
The point is, this is one of the best recipes. It is everything a busy family needs. Plus, you can use the leftovers in another recipe.
Remember when I said that you could thank me later? You can do so in the comments below.
ENJOY!!
