Creamy Taco Soup

Yes, yes, I know. It isn’t fall yet.  However, I just couldn’t resist posting this recipe due to my recent post for Homemade Taco Seasoning and Easy Shredded Chicken.

Once again, this isn’t a recipe I created, so I will give you the link.  Yet, I just had to share it with you.  It is another family favorite and so easy to create.  The author also gives you information on how to freeze it for future use.

The great thing is that you can add the Easy Shredded Chicken you made in my previous post, or you can use different meats of your choice.  Plus, you will be able to use your Homemade Taco Seasoning.  This recipe is easy to create, takes around 30 minutes, and uses most of the items you already have in your pantry.

You know what I like to say. It’s a Win-Win!

This recipe is great to have with homemade tortillas; if you are blessed with someone who does those, I have yet to make them. Maybe one day soon.  If you are like me, just grab some tortillas from your local grocery store; we prefer the La Banderita low-carb tortillas.  They aren’t as clean as I would like, but they are still better than some of the alternatives.

One day, people.  One day I will conquer making a low-carb tortilla that tastes like an actual tortilla.

Until then, I will settle.

You know you can always add sour cream, cilantro, avocado, and some rice from your instant pot; the list goes on and on.

I truly hope you and your family enjoy this recipe as much as we do.  Here is your amazing link to the Creamy Taco Soup.

ENJOY!
