Freezer-Friendly Taquitos

One of the best parts about the Chipotle Baked Chicken Taquitos is that they are freezer-friendly. You can prepare a big batch, bake them, and then freeze the extras for a quick meal on busy days. This is also a great way to save money by avoiding the temptation of eating out.

Serve with Sides from Your Local Mexican Restaurant

When we’re craving a full Mexican feast, I love to call our favorite local Mexican restaurant and order a side of rice, cheese dip, and guacamole. Pairing these sides with the homemade taquitos makes for a restaurant-quality meal at a fraction of the cost. With the high prices these days, it’s a great way to enjoy a special meal without breaking the bank.

Low Carb Option

For those watching their carb intake, you can easily make these taquitos with low carb tortillas. This way, you can indulge without the guilt. The flavor remains fantastic, and you can enjoy them your way.
