Crustless Garlic Chicken Pizza

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped or minced garlic
- 1-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 cup pizza sauce more or less depending on your taste.
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅛ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 450℉.
Melt butter in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add chicken; sauté 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Spray 7x11 dish with oil. Place chicken in dish and cover with sauce, spinach and cheeses.
Place in oven and bake until bubbly. ENJOY!
*This recipe can be used with white sauce as well.
*The amount of sauce is dependent on you. I do not measure my sauce. I go for what looks like the perfect amount to me.
*Add more veggies if you like!
*CHEESE! If you like different types of cheese, try adding a little Asiago or Sharp Cheddar.
