Equipment

  • 1 Large Crockpot

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken to the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle au jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix on top of the chicken.
  • Top with butter and pepperoncini peppers.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. No other liquid is required as the chicken produces its own juices.
  • Once ready, shred and enjoy!

Notes

*Remember, you have the option to prepare ahead of time and place in the freezer!  Just wait to add the butter and pepperoncini peppers until the day you plan to make.
*Leftovers?  No problem!  Place in a freezer safe bag or container and freeze for later use.
