Instructions
Using a medium bowl and handheld mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, beat the cream cheese on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add the butter and beat until well combined. Then beat in the confectioner's sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Spread icing over warm rolls and serve immediately.
Notes
You always have the option to add more heavy cream to thin the icing out. 3 tablespoons seemed perfect for what I did.
