Yes, you read that right. Pizza that is in soup form. Every time I have told someone about this, they have looked at me funny and made sure I said soup. The first time I heard it, I thought it was strange as well. But then I tried it, and it was amazing!
This recipe is perfect for those who are low-carb or keto. Even if you aren’t, with the cold weather coming, it will be a great addition to your menu. Not only is it hearty, but it is also quick and easy to make.
I have yet to make it in my crockpot; however, we made it the night before and let it warm in the crockpot the next day. I am sure it can be done, and if I were to stop and ask my husband, he could probably spout off some random information that would help. Currently, though, he is studying for this week’s message, and I don’t want to bother him.
My whole family loves this recipe, and I have some very picky eaters. As of today, I have made it for our church potluck to see how much others enjoy it as well. Plus, for the first time ever, I have tried my hand at focaccia. It turned out so good! However, my husband and I both agreed that there are a few tweaks that need to be made for the future. He was my knight and shining armor that came to my rescue last night and made adjustments to make it taste better. I’m sure I will be posting the recipe in the near future.
If you weren’t at our potluck to try it, I hope that you take the time to make this for you and your family.
