If the changing seasons have left your soul feeling a little stirred up, you’re not alone. This cozy diffuser blend is made for moments just like this—when your heart needs quiet, your mind needs rest, and your soul needs to breathe again.

As fall arrives, routines shift. Schedules fill. The world outside starts preparing for winter—and so do we.

That’s why I created September Still—a cozy, calming essential oil diffuser blend to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and stay rooted in peace before the rush.

Whether you’re stepping into a busy ministry season or just trying to keep up with laundry, this blend is your cue to pause, pray, and press into God’s stillness.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

Oils in the September Still Diffuser Blend

This blend was designed to support emotional balance, spiritual grounding, and calm. Here’s what makes it special:

🍊 Orange
Bright and joyful, Orange brings emotional uplift and encourages a cheerful spirit. It’s a favorite for starting the day with warmth and energy.

🌰 Cinnamon
Spicy and grounding, Cinnamon evokes the comfort of fall while providing emotional support and heart-warming presence. Use sparingly—it’s potent!

🌲 Cedarwood
Deeply grounding, Cedarwood offers stability and emotional security. It’s perfect for creating a quiet atmosphere and calming anxious thoughts.

💜 Lavender
A go-to oil for calming the mind and relaxing the body. Lavender helps reduce stress, ease tension, and promote rest and reflection.

🍃 Peppermint (optional)
If you’re using this blend while reading, studying, or working—add a drop of Peppermint for mental clarity and focus. Totally optional, but lovely!

✨ How to Use the September Still Diffuser Blend

Diffuser Instructions:

Add the following to your diffuser (200–300 mL water):

  • 2 drops Orange
  • 1 drop Cinnamon
  • 1 drop Cedarwood
  • 1 drop Lavender
  • (Optional: 1 drop Peppermint)

Diffuse during your morning quiet time, while journaling, or as you wind down at night. Let the stillness of this blend set the tone for your heart and home.

Roller Bottle Version:

For a 10 mL roller bottle:

  • Add the same drops as above (total: 5–6 drops)
  • Fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil
  • Apply to pulse points, neck, or wrists for portable peace throughout your day

⚠️ Safety Notes

  • Always dilute essential oils before applying to the skin.
  • Cinnamon is a strong oil—use in small amounts and avoid applying directly to skin without proper dilution.
  • Avoid topical use of citrus oils before sun exposure.
  • Not intended for children under 6 or for use during pregnancy without professional guidance.

🕊️ Rooted in Peace Before the Rush

Just like the trees shedding their leaves and digging their roots deeper, we’re invited to go inward this season.

Stillness isn’t stagnation—it’s preparation.

God often works the most in seasons of quiet. When we pause to rest, reflect, and release the pressure to “do more,” He meets us there.

Let this diffuser blend be your gentle reminder that you don’t have to strive to be held. that you don’t have to strive to be held.

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” – Ecclesiastes 3:1

Let this blend support you as you:

  • Set new rhythms
  • Show up for your ministry
  • Breathe between to-do lists
  • Anchor your soul before the holidays arrive
