What “Be Still” Really Means

When we hear “Be still and know that I am God,” it’s easy to think it means to simply pause and trust. And while that’s part of it, the Hebrew behind “be still” (raphah) actually means to let go, to release your grip, to stop striving.

It’s not passive—it’s active surrender.

It’s me unclenching my hands, loosening my shoulders, and saying, “Okay, God. I’m not holding this together—you are.”

That changes how I sit with this verse. It means I don’t just sit still—I surrender. I let go of the need to be perfect. I let go of my jam-packed schedule. I let go of the guilt for needing rest. And I make space to know—really know—that He is God and I am not.

5 Powerful Reminders for When Your Rhythm Feels Off

When your rhythm is disrupted, it’s easy to lose focus and let worry take over. These five reminders have anchored me in seasons when everything felt uncertain, and I hope they will do the same for you:

1. Find a Place to Pray – First, make space to talk with God honestly about your fears, frustrations, and hopes. Prayer shifts your perspective and aligns your heart with His.
2. Ask God to Cleanse Your Heart and Bring Peace – Next, when your mind feels cluttered, ask Him to wash away anxious thoughts and replace them with His calm.
3. Get into His Word – Then, let Scripture steady you when everything else feels shaky. Even a single verse can keep you grounded in truth.
4. Fast – Sometimes we need to quiet our bodies to hear God more clearly. As a result, fasting removes distractions and makes space for His voice.
5. Take One Small Step – Finally, remember you don’t have to fix everything at once. Just start where you are and trust Him with the next step.

Learning from Joseph’s Rhythm Shifts

I think of Joseph. His rhythm shifted over and over—from living with family, to slavery, to serving in Pharaoh’s home, to prison, and finally to a position where he saved his family and a nation.

When God moved us to Texas, I couldn’t see the full picture any more than Joseph could when he was in prison. All I knew was that my rhythm was gone, and I was stepping into the unknown. But just like Joseph’s obedience positioned him to save a nation, our obedience opened doors in ministry we never could have imagined. In other words, what felt like a complete disruption was actually God setting the stage for something greater.

Genesis 50:20 says, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.”

Joseph’s story—and our own—remind me that God’s hand is at work even when the rhythm feels chaotic. Trusting Him in those moments allows us to see the beauty of His plan when the pieces finally come together.

Walking Forward in His Rhythm

If your rhythm feels off right now, take heart—God has not lost track of you or your story. The beat may sound unfamiliar, but He is still the One leading the song. Therefore, trust the process, lean in to His timing, and allow Him to guide your steps one measure at a time.

I cannot believe that today marks two years since I hit publish on the very first blog post here at Makin’ Macon. God’s Unexpected Call to Blog

Stepping into the blogging world was never something I had planned. Growing up, you know how they always ask what you want to be when you grow up? I never had a clear answer. At one point, I leaned toward journalism. I even took classes for it in school. I loved creating church bulletins each week and even mailed out monthly ones to anyone who wanted them (I’ll include a photo of one for fun!). But every time I tried to step into that door professionally, it never opened.

Instead, right out of high school, I went to work at a local real estate office. The broker took me under her wing, and I became the go-to girl for everything—from creating brochures to bringing that office into the digital age. (Yes, I’m that old!) I learned so much in that season and made some dear friends, but I knew deep down it still wasn’t my forever purpose. God had other plans.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24 NIV

There are days when I wonder how I’ll make it through the month—let alone the next hour. I set the goals, make the plan, color-code the calendar, and still… chaos has a way of sneaking in like a toddler with sticky hands.

And it’s in those moments—right smack in the mess—that I’ve learned the most about how to flourish when life feels chaotic.

What Does It Mean to Flourish When Life Feels Chaotic?

The word flourish means to grow or develop in a healthy and vigorous way—especially when the environment is favorable. And let’s be real: environment does matter. It’s not always about having the perfect setting, but ignoring your surroundings can absolutely stunt your growth.

Psalm 92:12–15 says:

“The righteous will flourish like a palm tree... planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish... They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green.”

I recently read a commentary that said palm trees don’t even start producing fruit until they’re about 30 years old—and the older they get, the more fruitful they become. If that doesn’t speak to the weary heart wondering if she’s “past her prime,” I don’t know what will.

How Your Environment Impacts Spiritual Growth

Speaking from experience—if my house is a wreck, with things scattered everywhere and no sense of order (even if it’s not spotless), my anxiety goes through the roof. The noise, the mess, the chaos… it all compounds.

If there’s constant tension between you and your spouse—short answers, raised voices, emotional distance—it’s hard to find peace, let alone flourish.

If your interactions with your kids feel more reactive than intentional, or you haven’t had a moment to just be with them, that starts to wear on your heart. And let’s be honest, when our time with the Lord is missing or rushed, our roots feel dry and disconnected.

It’s like a plant—without water and light, it begins to wilt. Same with us.

But here’s what I’ve learned: even when the environment isn’t ideal, small changes make a big difference. A five-minute tidy-up. A deep breath before reacting. A whispered prayer over the dishes. A cup of coffee and one Psalm.

Sometimes the soil is rocky, but roots still grow deep when they’re searching for the Living Water.

Before we dive into the practical, let’s be honest—chaos isn’t always external. Sometimes it’s the storm swirling inside us that makes everything harder. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to wait for calm to grow in grace.

When Chaos Takes Over: Learning to Flourish Anyway

This year did not go as planned. We didn’t set out to homeschool. My son and I are two totally different creatures—he’s free as a bird; I’m “let’s get it done and do it efficiently.” It’s stretched me in ways I didn’t know I needed stretching.

I inherited my mama’s go-getter personality: list-maker, perfectionist, fixer. And while those traits can be a gift, they also make it hard to breathe when the plan falls apart.

But here’s the shift I’ve been learning: flourishing doesn’t mean everything’s perfect. It means leaning in—even when nothing looks like you expected.

God doesn’t call us to perfect routines. He calls us to His presence. That’s where real growth begins.

How to Flourish When Life Feels Chaotic: Practical Ways to Grow

1. Start Your Day with the Word to Flourish Spiritually

I know—you’re tired. You’ve got littles clinging to your legs or teens who test your nerves. But I promise, five minutes in the Word can shift your entire day. Sing while you rock the baby. Pray while you stir the soup. Whisper Scriptures while you drive. The Lord hears it all.

And believe me, I’ve seen what happens when I don’t start my day with Him. It’s not pretty.

Even if it feels like you’re only catching tiny moments of truth, those moments stack up. They form the foundation that helps you flourish when life feels chaotic.

2. Stop and Smell the Roses (Literally)

The other day, my daughter looked at me and said, “Mom, you’re always busy doing something.”

Ouch.

I thought I was managing things well—meal prepping, homeschooling, blogging, ministry-ing. But sometimes, the best thing I can do is pause. Sit. Look her in the eyes. Go outside and breathe.

Even homeschool looks different for us now. Less “sit still and do the workbook,” more “go outside and count the frogs.”

Let’s be honest—a walk in the yard or five minutes on the porch with a cup of tea can do wonders for a weary soul.

3. Schedule Time for You

This one feels impossible. But it’s not selfish—it’s survival.

I talked about this in my hormone support blend post, and let me tell you—I know this works because I’ve lived it. I still do. There are days I’ve had to step away, close my bedroom door, and grab a hot shower while my husband takes over with the kids. It’s not a luxury—it’s a necessity. I’ve learned that I have to check out for a minute so I can come back refreshed and ready to pour into my family again.

Even if it’s just five minutes with the door closed and the diffuser going, or a few deep breaths behind the bathroom door—take the time. You cannot pour from an empty cup. (And if you’re running on caffeine and fumes… I see you. Been there.)

You don’t need a weekend getaway to rest. Sometimes, it’s just a foot soak and a deep breath in the middle of a chaotic Tuesday.

4. Connect With Other Women in the Word

Flourishing in chaos often comes down to community. Whether it’s your church small group, a mom friend who brings over coffee, or someone who simply reminds you to breathe—we weren’t meant to do life alone.

Even a text that says, “Praying for you” can reset your entire perspective.

5. Don’t Forget—You’re Still Growing

Psalm 92 reminds us that even in old age, the righteous will bear fruit. That means you’re not done yet. Whether you’re 25 or 65, your roots go deeper, your faith grows stronger, and your influence becomes richer.

And those grays? Proverbs 16:31 calls them a crown of splendor. (If that’s true, then I must be royalty.)

“The Lord is upright; He is my Rock.”

That’s the secret right there. It’s not in the planner. It’s not in the perfect routine. It’s in Him.

When we anchor ourselves in His truth, we flourish in ways that schedules and systems never could.

You Can Flourish When Life Feels Chaotic

You may not feel like you’re flourishing right now. You might feel more like you’re floundering. But if you’re rooted in Christ, you are growing—right in the middle of the mess.

Psalm 1:3 reminds us, 

"He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." 

This verse is such a beautiful picture of what it means to flourish when life feels chaotic—our surroundings may shift, but when we’re rooted in God, we can still thrive. When we dig in deep—even when the ground feels shaky—our roots tap into something stronger than ourselves. Our fruit will be greater when we flourish in the middle, not just when things feel stable.

And friend, God is right there with you—in the middle of the noise, the laundry, the tears, the laughter. The greatest relief you can find in the chaos isn’t always control—it’s praise. Lifting your hands, your heart, and your voice to Him even when you don’t know what’s next.

So take heart. Even if your calendar is a disaster and your kitchen looks like a flour bomb exploded… you’re still blooming.

God’s grace isn’t reserved for peaceful mornings and tidy houses. It shows up in spilled coffee, broken routines, and the beautiful chaos of raising a family and walking in faith.

You were made to flourish. Not when things are perfect—but right here, right now.

3 Practical Ways to Trust God’s Timing in Marriage & Motherhood

1. Pray first, react second. Before the words fly or frustration rises, pause. Whisper a prayer. Let God guide your response.
2. Look for the lesson, not the deadline. Waiting seasons are often growth seasons. Ask God what He’s teaching you instead of focusing on when it will be over.
3. Give yourself and others grace. Nobody gets it right all the time. Marriage and motherhood are both full of learning curves. Be patient with yourself and the people you love.

Keep Trusting When the Wait Feels Long

Friend, I don’t know what season you’re walking through right now. Maybe you’re in the middle of learning new rhythms with your spouse. Maybe motherhood feels a little chaotic. Or maybe you’re waiting for a promise to come to pass.

Whatever it is, I want to remind you of this:

God’s not in a hurry. He’s not caught off guard by your timeline. And He’s certainly not finished writing your story.

His timing grows us, shapes us, and leads us closer to Him. So take a deep breath, sweet friend. Trust His heart. Trust His plan. And keep walking in step with His beautiful, grace-filled rhythm—even when waiting feels hard.

“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.” — Lamentations 3:25

And that intentionality? It shapes the very foundation of your family, marriage, ministry, and home. That’s what building a Christ-centered home is all about.

Why It’s Okay to Be Different

The first verse that comes to mind is:

“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord” – 2 Corinthians 6:17

Paul wasn’t just talking to any ol’ group—he was speaking to a church wrestling with immorality and pagan influence. Sound familiar? Because, if you read through the New Testament, you’ll find society then looked an awful lot like today.

It’s easy to get caught up in the noise. But we’re called to be holy—set apart.

“Be ye holy, for I am holy.” – 1 Peter 1:16

“Set your mind on things above, not on things of this earth.” – Colossians 3:2

The world won’t always understand your choices. That’s okay. God didn’t call us to blend in—He called us to stand firm.

How to Start Creating a Christ-Centered Home

Here’s the good news: You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to explain your choices to the world. But you do need to keep Christ at the center.

Start with Prayer (Yes, Even the Ugly Cry Kind)

Prayer humbles us. It keeps us grounded when marriage is rocky, when the kids are wild, or when ministry feels heavy. And even when things are smooth, prayer reminds us who’s in control. Spoiler: It’s not us.

First, start your mornings with prayer, even if it’s just five minutes before the day begins. Let your kids hear you pray. Let your spouse see it. Prayer is the heartbeat of a Christ-centered home.

Make Time for Quiet (And No, Hiding in the Closet Doesn’t Count)

Next, quiet time is a reset button. It helps us hear God’s voice and follow His lead. I’m a huge advocate for your time—but let’s not forget to carve out time for Him too.

If you’re a busy mom juggling school runs, laundry mountains, and crockpot meals, your quiet time might be in the car pickup line. That counts. It all matters.

Put Christ at the Center of Your Marriage

Now I love my husband deeply—but we are both stubborn and passionate (read: spicy). If Christ hadn’t been at the center of our marriage? Whew, it would’ve been chaos.

Want to see change? Start by praying for your spouse. I highly recommend The Power of a Praying Wife by Stormie Omartian. If you’re struggling to connect, ask God to soften both your hearts. He is more than capable.

Remember, your marriage is a ministry, too. When you make Christ the glue that binds you together, petty frustrations lose their power.

Raising Kids Who Want to Live for God

Kids are little sponges with ears that hear everything. (Including your sass, mom. Ask me how I know.)

In fact, they watch how we live. So, teach them to pray. Explain the “why” behind your choices. No, you don’t have to explain everything—but when you do, they’ll catch on. They’ll see your faith in action, and that’s powerful.

Read Scripture together. Celebrate wins. Apologize when you miss the mark. Teach them how to forgive. Model what grace looks like.

A Christ-centered home is one where kids don’t just hear about God—they see Him lived out daily.

What Happens When Christ is the Center

When Christ is at the center, your home changes. Peace settles in. Homemaking feels less like drudgery. Loving your people becomes a joy—not a chore.

And if you’re in ministry? It gives you the grace to handle even the hard conversations with love—because you know God’s got your back.

A Christ-centered home becomes a refuge. It’s not perfect, but it’s filled with grace. It doesn’t avoid storms, but it knows who calms them.

You’re Not Alone in This

Ultimately, creating a Christ-centered home doesn’t mean perfect. It means intentional. You’ll mess up (I do too!), but His grace is new every morning. Let’s lean into that.

This kind of home is built day by day. One prayer, one choice, one intentional moment at a time.

So whether you’re scrubbing dishes, homeschooling littles, planning a sermon, or collapsing into bed at 9 PM with dry shampoo in your hair—know this: you are doing holy work.

Seasons change. Kids grow. You change. He changes. And in the middle of it all, your marriage needs little moments to renew and strengthen your marriage—just like a home needs a refresh, a sourdough starter needs a feeding, or a garden needs tending.

Keeping Christ at the Center

My husband and I prioritize our relationship with God first and foremost. He is the center of everything we do. When we counsel young couples before marriage, we always remind them that it is no longer about “ME” in the relationship, but the “M” turns upside down and becomes “WE.”

Ephesians 5:25 reminds us, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.” If a husband is to love his wife as Christ loved the church, then that love is selfless, sacrificial, and enduring. And as a wife, my respect for him strengthens our relationship just as my love does.

When we put God first, everything else falls into place much more smoothly. Life isn’t perfect, but knowing we are both walking in the same faith brings a peace that nothing else can provide. Pray together daily, even if it’s just a short prayer before bed or in the morning. It strengthens your connection with God and each other.

Respect: A Key to Long-Lasting Marriage

Knowing when too much is too much—when to pause, breathe, and let go—is a form of respect that helps us keep balance in our home. Respect isn’t just about words; it’s about understanding, listening, and valuing each other’s needs.

Marriage requires learning how to give each other space while staying connected. It means being mindful of your spouse’s stress levels, recognizing when they need encouragement, and respecting their boundaries when they need a moment to breathe.

Helpful Tip: Use kind words intentionally. Even when discussing difficult topics, focus on respect and encouragement rather than criticism.

Prioritizing Your Marriage Even Over Parenting

Our children are a blessing, and they should be raised with love and care—but they will grow up and move on. And when that happens, I don’t want to look at my husband and feel like I’m living with a stranger.

If I haven’t learned how to live with him, converse with him, have fun with him, and just do life together, then what will we do when the kids are grown? Growth in marriage is vital. Keeping it alive is just as important.

We have to remember that marriage is a lifelong partnership. Investing in that relationship now ensures that when the nest is empty, the foundation of love, laughter, and companionship remains strong.

Helpful Tip: Plan regular date nights—even if it’s just a simple walk together or a coffee at home after the kids are asleep. Prioritize time alone.

Making Adjustments: Letting Go of What Doesn’t Work

Have you ever set up a pantry or organized a closet only to realize later that it doesn’t really work? You thought it would be great, but it turns out, it’s just not practical.

Marriage is like that too. We have to be honest about what’s not working, let go of old frustrations, and adjust to make things better. Just like rearranging the home, we have to rearrange and adapt in our relationships too.

Marriage requires seasons of adjustment. What worked in the newlywed stage may not work 10 years in, and that’s okay. The key is to be intentional about making changes together.

Helpful Tip: Schedule a “marriage check-in” every few months. Talk about what’s working and what could improve.

Marriage Is a Commitment—Not Just a Moment

When I said “I do,” I meant it—in sickness and in health, for better or worse, for richer or poorer. But marriage isn’t just about saying “I do” once. It’s about choosing each other every single day.

A house can be brand new, but if you don’t maintain it, it will eventually start to fall apart. A marriage is the same way—it requires care, work, and intentional renewal.

I don’t want my marriage to end up like an old abandoned home, falling apart from neglect. I want it to be rich and full of life, full of laughter, and something my children aspire to have (even though right now they think it’s “gross”).

They see our love—but they also see that it takes work to keep it strong.

Helpful Tip: Surprise your spouse with a small act of kindness—like a thoughtful note, their favorite snack, or a spontaneous hug. Little things go a long way.

Marriage Is About “We,” Not “Me”

Marriage isn’t about “me” anymore—it’s about “we.” Whether it’s working through challenges, celebrating victories, or simply doing life together, our commitment to each other is strengthened in the everyday moments.

So today—right in the middle of dishes, kids, work, and ministry—choose to renew your love.

I don’t have all the answers, but I do have my experiences to share with you. And one truth I’ve come to hold onto is this: God is the answer to every situation. When I put Him first, everything else has a way of falling into place. The hard part? Letting go of control so He can truly work in me and through me.

The Power of Small Acts of Love Rooted in Faith

This past December, my husband and I celebrated 26 years of marriage. I’d love to tell you that every year was easy, but that wouldn’t be the truth. However, through every challenge, we have grown in love and understanding. If you’d like to read how our story began, check out my post, We’re Just Friends.

What I’ve learned is that the things that mean the most in marriage are often the smallest gestures. When I’m overwhelmed, and my husband steps in without me asking—just to ease my load—it speaks love in ways words never could. He listens to the little things, the ones I sometimes don’t even realize I’ve said. Those moments remind me that love isn’t about grand gestures; it’s in the everyday acts of kindness and attentiveness.

Faith-Based Ways to Show Love Every Day

Here are some simple, faith-filled ways to show love that can make a big impact:

• Leave a sticky note on the steering wheel or bathroom mirror with a Bible verse and encouragement.
• Fix his or her favorite meal or dessert without being asked as a way to serve in love.
• Send a thoughtful text message with a prayer or uplifting scripture during the day.
• Take care of a small task that your spouse normally handles to lighten their load as an act of selflessness.
• Hold hands more often, even when sitting on the couch, and pray together daily.
• Express gratitude out loud for something your spouse does regularly, affirming them in their role.
• Plan a small surprise, like a favorite coffee or a simple date night at home, as a reminder of your commitment.
• Pray over your spouse daily and let them know you are covering them in prayer.

Biblical Encouragement for Marriage

The Bible is full of reminders about the power of love and small acts of kindness. One verse that always comes to mind is “With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,” (Ephesians 4:2). Marriage is about patience, humility, and listening to each other even when life gets chaotic.

Another verse that speaks to me is “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.” (Philippians 2:3). When we put our spouse’s needs above our own and practice selflessness, we create a marriage built on trust and faith.

Making Time for One Another Through Faith

In the middle of raising a family, running a home, and for many of us, serving in ministry, it’s easy to let time together slip through the cracks. But making space for each other, even in the simplest ways, is vital. It doesn’t have to be extravagant—sometimes, a night on the couch together can be just as meaningful as a date night out. Let me be clear: I’m no expert, and I don’t claim to have the perfect marriage. In fact, my husband and I intentionally work on our relationship every day. We prioritize frequent date nights, carve out alone time in the evenings, engage in deep conversations, and practice communicating our feelings without exploding. These intentional actions have taught us that we truly are each other’s best friend. We lean into each other when times are tough, just as God designed marriage to be. In Genesis 2:18, God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.” From the very beginning, God intended for marriage to be a partnership—a companionship rooted in love and mutual support.

Setting Spiritual Goals for Your Marriage

As we step into the New Year, it’s essential to focus on spiritual goals first. Building a marriage on the foundation of faith creates a strong, unshakable bond. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” By prioritizing prayer and time in God’s Word together, we’re able to align our hearts and goals with His plan for our lives.

Each morning, I strive to rise with my husband as he prepares for work. This shared time over coffee and breakfast not only sets a positive tone for the day but also allows us to pray and connect before going our separate ways. Evenings, too, are sacred. After the kids are in bed, we prioritize time together, whether that’s sharing about our day or just enjoying a quiet moment in each other’s presence. These intentional moments help us stay spiritually and emotionally connected.

How to Prioritize Your Marriage in a Busy Life

1. Show Love in Front of Your Kids

One way I like to show my husband how much he means to me is by honoring him in front of our kids. They see that we respect and value each other, even during disagreements. This sets a strong example of what a godly marriage looks like. At night, we make a concerted effort to spend time together after the kids are in bed. Sometimes, this means our youngest heads to bed a bit earlier so we can enjoy those quiet moments. Other times, we plan intentional date nights, even if it’s just a quick dinner out while our teen watches her brother. These small efforts go a long way in keeping our marriage strong.

2. Be Intentional with Communication

Life is busy—from homeschooling the kids to serving actively in our church. Yet, we’ve learned that being intentional in small ways makes all the difference. Whether it’s a short text during the day, a quick FaceTime call, or simply setting aside time to listen to each other, these gestures keep us connected. Ephesians 5:33 encourages us: “Each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.” Love and respect are the pillars of our marriage, and we intentionally nurture them every day.

3. Invest in Regular Date Nights

Regular date nights are essential. Sometimes, our date nights are at home—just us, hiding out in the bedroom with snacks and a good conversation. Other times, we go out for dinner, knowing our teen is watching her younger brother. No matter what we do, these moments remind us of why we fell in love and give us the space to reconnect. As Song of Solomon 8:7 says, “Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away.” Protecting that love through intentional time together is worth every effort.

Building a Family Legacy of Love

Our intentional love doesn’t just strengthen our marriage; it also lays the foundation for our family. Our kids witness how we prioritize each other, and that shapes their understanding of what a godly marriage should look like. They know we have disagreements, but they also see how we resolve them with grace and respect. By showing them the importance of our marriage, we’re modeling a legacy of love and faith for future generations.

When my husband and I face challenges, we lean into each other and into God. This hasn’t always been easy—it’s taken effort and intentionality. My husband grew up in a broken home, while I was blessed with parents who were devoted to one another. Together, we’ve made a commitment to build a marriage that reflects God’s love and faithfulness. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 beautifully illustrates this commitment: “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up.” By investing in our marriage now, we’re preparing for a future where we’ll continue to thrive long after our kids have left the nest.

Embracing New Beginnings: Marriage Goals for the New Year

As we enter this season of New Beginnings and Spiritual Refresh, I encourage you to set intentional goals for your marriage. Whether it’s committing to regular date nights, praying together, or simply taking time to listen, every effort you make will bear fruit. As 1 Corinthians 13:7 reminds us, “Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” Let’s step into this New Year with a renewed commitment to love, honor, and cherish our spouses as God intended.

Here’s to a year filled with intentional love, fresh starts, and the joy of growing closer to God and each other!
